Approximately 15 minutes from Matsuo-Hachimantai IC on the Tohoku Expressway
. From Morioka Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen or Akita Shinkansen, take the JR Hanawa Line to Obuke Station (approximately 20 minutes).
From Obuke Station, take a bus for approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively,
fly to Iwate Hanamaki Airport with JAL (departing from Sapporo, Osaka, or Fukuoka) or FDA (departing from Nagoya).
